What is the difference in regular coaching versus Spiritual Narrative Arts Coaching?
Kelly is the originator of Spiritual Narrative Arts Coaching. Assuredly, the basics of professional coaching are provided, however with unique extra’s due to Kelly’s exposure and experience in spirituality, the arts and sciences. Whether Kelly is working from a clinical perspective, in the ministry or with secular coaching clientele, she believes that personal development occurs best through a 3 dimensional approach, balancing the health of each client’s spirit, soul and body. While these 3 elements are focused on within a client’s goal work, the artist within each of her client’s is also beckoned. At some point, within the process, Kelly utilizes the arts as a tool to better introduces the client to themselves through deep insight and by re-narrating the pieces of their story, which are in conflict to the goals they desire to achieve.
What's the difference between Spiritual Narrative Arts Coaching and NavigateU Crisis Consultation?
Spiritual Narrative Arts Coaching is not for crisis, but is afforded through planned out appointments, based on an agreed upon schedule, concerning positive goal coaching, which can be aimed at and conquered by those in a stable life and healthy mindset.
While Navigate U used to only offer its Crisis Consultation to leaders, it is now available to anyone who finds themselves in crisis. Those in crisis are not seeking to participate in optimistic goal work, but generally require an ear on demand, assessment and accountability, insight and additional, available resources. Crisis consultation works to layer support and provide a quick and impacting mechanism to help client’s rebound from the painful effects crisis has on a life shaken from unplanned events and negative circumstances.
Leaders and the those in the general public who fail to have friends or associates they can trust with intimate information or knowledgable, rational family members who can be objective during a rough season can look towards Navigate U to assist with providing impacting, confidential and supportive care.
What does Kelly offer to those crisis?
Kelly is an esteemed, confidential safe place and soft cushion for people in crisis! Her warm, honest demeanor, relentless courage and resourcefulness embrace U, as she works with U, to gain an appropriate level of care within Ur region. As previously stated, Navigate U Crisis Consultation was originally exclusive to community leaders & public figures in crisis. Now, it is available to anyone who understands the importance of pulling in appropriate resources when caught off guard and further loss could occur. This service operates as a place of consulting for those presently facing a crisis by embracing their person, routing them to resources and standing as active accountability, while on retainer.
Have U ever needed a friend and there was no one to trust? Or perhaps U are surrounded by quality people but they don't prove knowledgeable enough to help U through Ur personal dilemma? Having Kelly available on retainer ensures that when U have a personal problem, U have a knowledgeable, confidential, compassionate and professional person available to consult with in order to get U to the help U need.
Kelly has been a crisis liaison for well over a decade, providing people with caring, initial consultation and introducing them to resources that make sense for the situation at hand.
U no longer have to suffer in silence, feeling like U will be judged if someone finds out, or hopeless to the reality of finding solution. Sometimes friends and family tend to only want to see U in a light they're most familiar with, thus mishandling the reality of Ur present symptoms and challenges.

How do I schedule coaching sessions with Kelly?
U may send your communication with dates and times of availability, including your coaching topic to NavigateU@ConversationswithKelly. Please provide a confidential email address and phone number where U can be contacted so that information can be sent to U and Ur appointment confirmed.
How many coaching sessions does it take?
Generally, coaching can range anywhere from 6 weekly sessions to 6 months of weekly sessions. Navigate U clients are charged 3 sessions at a time. No less than 3 sessions are billed. Each 3 session purchase is termed a segment.
Can I see Kelly for coaching if I have a therapist?
Possibly. If a coaching client is receiving counseling from another professional and is stabilized, it is possible to benefit from coaching services for a specific non-clinical matter.
Is this counseling or therapy?
Navigate U is a company that provides coaching, crisis consultation, workshops and health advocacy. Although Kelly is a counselor as well as a coach, she does not do therapy of any kind in conjunction with Navigate U.
Where are coaching sessions held?
Kelly coaches by phone for coaching sessions. However, seasonal groups are conducted in person at Southside on Lamar, in Dallas, TX USA.
What are experiential workshops?
Experiential workshops are available to help a small community of people work on gaining skills in an area where they may be lacking. Workshops are fun, intense, educational and engaging. Each workshop is cultivated for the specific need of the contracting organization. Some examples of contracting groups are churches, women's groups, men's groups, colleague student groups and teams looking to improve their synergy. Some of the topics involved may concern gaining effective listening skills, communication in relationships, how to reach goals, how to deal with crisis, pro-active living, breaking unhealthy patterns, mental health and self care for family members, etc.
